One of the most famous dogs' bathrooms in Balaton, with more than 10,000 square meters of grass space, rampage water entrance and Badacsony panorama.

For the record, we don't hide these either. Two are for accommodation, and one belongs to a camp; do not treat them as simple beaches.

Officially controlled waterfront in Fonyódgöld, which belongs to the programme area of Camp Erzsébett, is not optional for tourists.

Why are all three on the list?
The beaches of Sunshine and Elizabeth Camp are included in the official 2026 bathing water inspection. Natur / Fonyód Camping provides its own beach and a 2026 visit ticket, but does not appear on the public health map as an independent bathing site, so this is indicated separately.
Sometimes the beach is decided by the car
Parking, train and pedestrian reality.
Fonyód is a narrow, railway-cut coastal city. The best parking space is not always the closest, and often easier to think about on foot or by train.
By train: Panorama or Belatelep
The Panorama is next to the central station and bus station. The private railway station at the Belatfalu beach is practically located on the coast.
By car: do not drive the last meter
There are plenty of places around the Panorama, but it is paid and free. At the smaller beaches, the surrounding streets are quickly running out of capacity.
Bike: more beaches in a day
The Balaton Bringa Circle directly affects several coastlines. Báthori, Tungi and Árpád beach with bike is especially comfortable.
On foot: down and back is not the same
From the mountain, the shore is quickly accessible, but on the way home there is a rising castle. In canicul, count this with water and time.

The water sample from the nine controlled bathing sites in Fonyód is correct.
The bath in Báthori, Bélateli, Huszka, Sunshine, City, Panorama, Árpád coast, Bath Street and Erzsébett camp on July 20th was appropriate. The annual rating shown on this map represents the closed period of 2025; all nine seats are top rated.

Most services, the simplest transport and most children's programs. In exchange for the pass, he's really giving me something.

Two restaurants, sports, water, acquaintances. If the Panorama is busy, this is the escape route to Fonyód.

Which beach in Fonyód is free?
Among the seven classic public beaches, the city / Tungi, Bélateli, Huska, Báthori, Árpád coast and Bath Street free beach is free of charge; Panorama pays. The dog's bathroom is also an entrance prize.
Which one with the best kids?
If you need a lot of services, it's the Panorama. Looking for calmer and slowly deepening water, the Huszka or the Árpád coast is strong. You can choose a separate slide section in the gut, because it can go deeper elsewhere.
Which beach is the easiest train to reach?
The Panorama is a few steps from the central station, and the Belatfalu beach is located right next to the Bélatelep stop. These are the two most comfortable cars without them.
Can I take the dog to any free beach?
No. In the bathing season, animals must not be entered on designated beaches except for exceptions in the rules. For shared bathing, choose the Fonyód Dog Bath.
What beach can you swim on properly?
The Belatfalu beach has parts that go down faster than the South Coast average, so swimming is a good choice. Always go to water within the designated bathing area, according to current wind and storm signals.
Why aren't public beaches included?
Because the goal is to accurately show all bathing sites in Fonyód. The beaches of Sunshine and Elizabeth Camp are officially a controlled waterfront, but it is not an easy public beach; this is clearly indicated.
