Nordic walking is much more than just walking around with sticks. The technique correctly mastered also turns the upper body into motion, while it can make hiking more dynamic and easier for joints. The two-day Fonyód starting course is for those who want to learn this form of motion from the basics with professional help. The first time starts on September 5th, Saturday at 9: 00 p.m. After a short theoretical introduction and thorough warm-up, participants will learn about the good posture, use of sticks and coordinated movement of arms and legs. On the second day, on Sunday 6 September, the main role will be played. The group is doing a round for beginners in the beautiful forest environment on Mount Fonyód. Here you can clarify your technique, improve your moves and experience how it feels to go with a stick in the right rhythm. The course starts with up to three participants, so everyone gets personal attention. You do not need to bring your own Nordic walking stick: the organizer provides professional sticks suitable for the height of the participants. It requires comfortable, safe shoes, trousers allowing free movement and a key drink. The meeting will take place both days at the Kosuth Forest in front of the school. Due to a very small number of people, prior applications are required. You can report to Nordic Life's organizer in a direct Messenger message. It is also worth asking about the participation fee and any further details.
