Lacika is the town beach, or as the locals say, a practical restaurant in the Tungi area. It is close to road 7 and cycling, so it is also a natural stop from the beach, bike or after a longer walk. It's not a gastro house built as a destination, it's a place where you can sit down and eat a warm, decent dose and then continue the day.
The fish dishes and the two-person halves are returning characters, along with the familiar, full-fed offer of the small restaurants in Balaton. Public evaluations are not exactly the same, which is not surprising for a highly seasonal place: at peak times, the kitchen and service work in other rhythms. You might not want to arrive in the biggest lunch rush if you want a better experience.
We put it on the list for exactly what's useful, local and handy. We don't promise you that's why you're going around Lake Balaton, but if you go to Tungin Beach, you eat fish and you don't want a downtown district, Lacika will do the job.
Important supplement: Lacika was so good that it was also included in the Gault & Millau restaurant offer. Compared to that, the quality has deteriorated considerably today.
