On September 20, therefore, the smell of a producer market and grill will fill the terrace of Lokal at the lake in Fonyódgöt: four hours can be tasted, sorted, talked and discovered for all that is being prepared in the area.

The Market & Grill on the Terrace is not just a series of vendors in front of a restaurant. The common afternoon of Lokal and Somogyi Local Product Association is based on the same principle, which also defines the kitchen of the place: it is worth cooking and showing what is right here around Lake Balaton.
The production offer focuses on local flavors, seasonal raw materials and their producers. Meanwhile, behind the grill is Richard Star working so the market experience doesn't end at the shopping bag. The raw materials and the kitchen meet on the same afternoon: you can collect inspiration for a home dinner and simply taste locally what a good product can do when it gets attention.

Lokal at the lake is built from a real relationship with producers in the area. The kitchen does not force a permanent, unchanged menu for raw materials all year round, it is adapted to the season.
