You don't have to show the Crusade Ildiko for long, and you certainly don't need his voice. After the first line, the sound of recognizable, hoarse and powerful singing has been taking place in Hungarian light music for decades. At the same time, she is an actress and a real stage performer: she does not just sing songs, she also puts stories and emotions behind them.
Rock, pop, musical and theater were constantly meeting at his court. In addition to his solo records, he worked with several bands and performers, played musical roles, and in 2022 he received a Matthew Peter prize. At the concert in Fonyód, large rock songs and more intimate, lyrical moments can be used as well - and of course there is a good chance that the audience will take over the song at the first chorus.
There's a nice, though perhaps unintentional arc of these three days. On the 20th of August, an Omega Tribute band opens the long weekend and two days later, Ildiko the Crusade stands on the same stage who spent years voting for Omega and sang with them at a big concert. The programming in Fonyód sometimes writes quite a good story.
