Arrival and departure
The time of arrival shall be treated with flexibility and prior consultation. Check-out at the latest Until 10: 00. If you want to leave the accommodation later, please indicate in advance - we will be happy to resolve this as far as possible:
Fees can also be paid at the current exchange rate in forint.

Cleaning
If you stay longer than a week, we clean once a week with changing sheets and towels. The date will be agreed with you in advance.

Night silence
After 22: 00, there is a silence order in place.which applies without exception to everyone. Please consider the other guests and neighbors. If you feel someone's not gonna keep you, let us know with confidence - we'll take care of it discreetly. Those who repeatedly or seriously violate the silence order may be excluded from accommodation without reimbursement of the accommodation fee.

Event, house party
You can't have a party, a house party, a loud event at the hotel - it's a place to rest and we'd like you to stay that way.

Guests
The apartments are only for the guests who have been notified. Visitors are welcome during the day, but you can only stay overnight by prior consultation.

According to the legislation in force, we must record all guest documents (identity card or passport) upon arrival. Thank you for your cooperation - it'll take a few minutes.

Smoking
No smoking inside the building. Please smoke on the terrace or in the courtyard and throw the cigarette in the ashtray.

If something goes wrong
If something breaks, goes wrong or doesn't work, please indicate - it's not the end of the world, but we'd like to know that the next guest will find it okay. We need to compensate for the damage caused by intentional damage.

Fire and accident protection
The use of open flame and grilling are not permitted throughout the accommodation area. Please turn off the air conditioning, the lights and the stove when you leave. The parents are responsible for the children.

Values
We cannot take responsibility for the valuables left in the apartment - please look after them as at home.

On departure
Please leave the apartment as it should: trash in the collector, unwashed in the sink, windows closed - and put the key back in the key safe. The cost of replacing the lost key must be eliminated. You don't have to clean it - just say good-bye to the apartment like a guest does.
